Smoov's Korner uses Zendrop and third-party suppliers to fulfill orders directly to customers. Products ship from the United States.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing takes up to 5 business days before shipment. For US orders, estimated delivery is approximately 8 business days after shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If a product has a different timeframe, please review its shipping information before purchasing.

Available shipping destinations, shipping options, and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delays and order questions

Supplier processing or carrier delays may affect delivery. We will notify you if we become aware of a delay or change to your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or you need help with shipping, contact kishaphillips94@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items and returns

Please contact kishaphillips94@gmail.com promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return eligibility and return-shipping costs are covered by our return and refund policy.
